Sydney's Fantasy Cake
Syd wanted a fantasy cake with a good and bad dragon, good and bad castles
and all of them fighting. This is what I came up with. Mostly I like
it a lot except for the colors I chose for the ground, it was supposed to
represent the color change from the green fertile "good" land to the dead frozen
"bad" land. Not much much, it just looks dopey. We tried our best to
stay true to the sketch she provided. She claims her previous dragon cake was
too cute and this time wanted mean dragons. So this is good vs evil. There is an
evil dragon guarding the bad castle and a good dragon guarding the good castle.
We used Safari (toob) characters and McFarlane dragons. Too bad we couldn't find
a witch and a wizard of the same size and make for the two castles, that would
have topped it off nicely. I had plenty of motors/servos I could have easily
used for them. Stacking soft mushy cakes with soft frosting is not something we
want to try again, a new recipe will be required next time. Nevertheless, it
turned out very nice and tasty.
